Position Summary:

Agentra Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Web Developer to join our fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate for this role will have core PHP development skills, as well as the ability to communicate well with others about systemic problems, issue patterns & trends, current challenges, and potential solutions. This will include troubleshooting application problems and collaborating with quality assurance to coordinate resolution of reported issues with efficiency and accuracy. You will also monitor and keep up to date support tickets and document functional specifications.

Position Responsibilities:

• Support content solutions across Agentra Healthcare Solutions, including template creation and styling new content pages, defect resolution, and enhancing existing pages managed in the CRM platform.

• Understands and supports agile software development and other SDLC methodologies.

• Experience in planning and delivering software platforms used across multiple products and organizational units.

• Style new content pages using primarily CSS Unit Testing in all environments and browser testing in all supported browsers.

• Collaborate with onshore and offshore developers on product enhancements needed to support content page development.

• Integrate websites with backend systems such as databases, ERP, ect.

• Perform website maintenance and enhancements.

• Provide technical guidance during project planning and development.

• Provide time estimates for scoping documents such as: CSS/HTML production, design, and internal development meetings.
  
  Position Requirements:
  
  

• Minimum of 4 - 8 years of web development experience.

• 3+ years of experience leading UI/UX design sessions with stakeholders and end users
• 3+ years of experience working in an iterative software development team environment
• Core PHP development experience is a must.
• PHP certification is a plus.
• Experience with one or more UI mockup applications

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or IT, or equivalent work experience.

• Experience with designing relational databases and optimizing database structure for performance and/or maintainability and the ability to design and optimize queries.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Experience with MySQL data stores

• Experience working with APIs and integrating with cloud services.

• Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance.

• Advanced experience in web standards and best practices/semantics.

• Strong HTML/CSS3 skills as well as JavaScript and JQuery.

• Translate mockups and wireframes into clean and stable code.

• Agile methodology practices.
