By joining our Engineering team, you will be working with talented individuals and on innovative technologies including Docker, JIRA, NoSQL, Node.JS, AWS, CI/CD, etc. using PHP, JavaScript and SQL as main languages. Our upcoming projects include the expansion of our connectivity center.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Development of new features under the guidance of senior team members.


• Assist with debugging / development of bug fixes - day-to-day maintenance, in direct contact with both internal and external partners


• Become “project owner” for some new or existing projects: managing initial requirements, feature requests, and long-term support.

Required:

• 2+ years’ experience with Object Oriented PHP 7 and modern PHP frameworks (Laravel)


• 2+ years’ experience with SQL queries 2+ years’ experience with API (XML, SOAP, REST)


• 2+ years’ experience with Git and CI/CD Experience designing APIs Basic Linux admin (ability to SSH, view logs, etc)


• Understanding local development environments and the integration of varying components.


• Strong understanding of build processes/automation


• Experience with job queues and background PHP processes Ability to write clear documentation

Highly Desired:

• Experience with Docker
