Job Overview:


The software developer will be a member of our ClubReady team working on our Perfomance IQ product with various individuals internally and externally and at all levels of the organization. Candidate must be driven, organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.


Candidate will contribute to the development, tests, support and deployment tasks for software solutions, including external and internal applications. This position requires knowledge of Development Best Practices, the .NET Framework (VB/C#), PHP, Software Architecture, and SQL Server Databases.


Responsibilities:



  • Assist in building, maintaining, and support of web and mobile applications, including

  • PHP MVC web application development

  • API integration projects

  • .NET desktop application development

  • Maintain and/or modernize legacy code and systems

  • Adhere to development best practices, such as SOLID programming principles, unit testing, app health monitoring, etc.

  • Work with the product owner in an agile (scrum) development process to ensure adequate requirements are available and to scope, estimate, and plan work

  • Work with software QA to determine test plans, fix discovered issues, and participate in the deployment process

  • Assist in reviewing new development support tickets and provide fixes/feedback or reroute them to the correct team


Requirements:



  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any discipline), or closely related field of study is preferred

  • 2+ years of experience working with .NET Framework 4.0+ (VB/ C#/MVC)

  • Strong JSON, XML and RESTful API understanding

  • MVC knowledge

  • PHP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript and/or other web experience

  • MySQL/Redis experience


Preferred Qualifications



  • C#, VB, PHP and/or HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript/Jquery, AJAX (Cross-Platform)

  • MySQL experience required, Redis experience is a plus

  • Visual Studio, Git, Continuous integration and delivery, AWS
