As a member of an agile Core Development team, you and your team are responsible for developing and maintaining the OXID eShop and its components.

Your responsibilities

• You will work on the implementation, conception, design, and testing of OXID products


• You will write high-quality code and test the quality thereof with unit, integration and acceptance tests that are automated in a continuous integration environment


• You will work in a dynamic and international team, use agile methods and state-of-the-art systems and tools (PHP Storm, Composer, GitHub, Jenkins, Sphinx, Travis, Coveralls, and many more)

Your profile

• You completed a relevant vocational training/study or have corresponding professional experience (for lateral entrants)


• You have very good command of object-oriented PHP


• Preferably you gained several years of programming experience with web technologies and know how to work with databases


• You possess background knowledge of common web server technologies


• Ideally, knowledge in the field of automatic testing using PHP Unit and Selenium is given


• You have a very good knowledge of English and German


• An independent and solution-oriented way of working, the ability to work in a team, a high level of comprehension and the ability to implement ideas quickly complete your profile
