Kamux is a fast-growing Finnish company that specializes in the trading of used cars. We were originally established in Hämeenlinna in 2003 but currently operate on an international level.  We buy and sell used cars to our clients in Finland, Sweden and Germany in more than 60 branches. The whole Kamux Group employs more than 500 car sales professionals and we are now looking to expand our IT team in Finland.

Kamux is now looking for 2-3 Web Developers to join their team in Espoo! In this position you will be developing different web services that are used by Kamux’s clients such as the online platform for car trading. You will also participate in developing completely new services that Kamux is planning to release in the near future. The projects that you would be working on can be matched according to your interests and skills.

In practice you’ll be working with different software interfaces, web development of business operations within the countries that Kamux’s operates in as well as other web- and application projects. The tech stack that Kamux currently uses includes for example JavaScript, PHP & .NET, but they are flexible about it and you’re not required to have skills in all of them. At Kamux you’ll also have a chance to influence which technologies will be used in the future.

You can be either a more experienced developer looking for new challenges or a developer in the beginning of your career. As Kamux is currently building this new team, the ability to take ownership of your own work and self-reliant way of working are important. You’ll also be working closely together with different software houses that Kamux collaborates with.

Kamux is looking for someone with:

• skills in JavaScript


• skills in PHP or .NET


• proficiency in English and/or Finnish

It’s considered as a plus if you have:

• previous experience with WordPress or Drupal


• skills in modern JavaScript libraries, CSS3, HTML5, Less or Sass
