We at innoscripta have grown from a 1 person company to the biggest innovation financing
company in Germany. Several times changing and evolving our business we are true founders
with high entrepreneurial spirit.
In the past we developed several complex software projects from start to the end. We
developed our own CRM, a billing tool, a mass marketing tool, a CMS, a customer portal and
other business related software. Now as we want to start a new big project we want to get new
talented developers on board and greatly expand our international team.
Our new AI project is about machine based understanding of companies. We want to
understand what companies produce and do, what they are good at, which machinery and
equipment they have. Basically everything a human can find out about a company we want to
automize and this way save a lot of time in researching about companies. This inculdes mainly
analyzing the website but also other data sources like registeries and articles and will solve
many obstacles in starting up a company and getting partners on board.
How does it change the world? We believe that the main obstacle for getting innovations into the market is to find partners out in the world. We want to contribute our part and get some intelligence in understanding what companies do and what could be interesting for them. This way we connect inventors and market experts and help innovations to thrive.
Currently we have about 60 employees. We have been awarded as one of the best employers in Germany and offer flexible working hours an international team, international job qualifications and an attractive fixed salary.

plan on the run. Perfect English or German.
