The ProjectHub Administrator will operate as part of Entuitives internal Technology Department. There will be a primary focus on improving the operationalization of the tool through development and implementation of a support program to maximize the value delivered by this internally developed web-based database. The role requires a combination of technical, management and support activities and will require strong inter-personal skills. The successful candidate will be curious, out-going, helpful and possess a reasonable level of technology acumen. The goal of this term is to create a program of resources and tools to reduce the amount of administrative effort required in managing the data base, leveraging the self-serve design of the system.
What will you do?
Secure level data entry:
Vacations & availability changes
Employee table data
New client records (with vCard exports)
New firm records
Data maintenance & verification:
Reporting and clean-up of blank records
Reporting and merging of duplicate records
Report generation:
Monthly toupport fee forecasting (new projects won with fees over $20k)
Ad Hoc reports as requested to support BD, Marketing, Project Management, Operations etc.
Support Activities
One-on-one support to resolve user and system issues
Monitoring and addressing requests through support email address
Collaboration with development team to solve system issues
Development of program to further advance the system including:
Quick start guides per function/module
Short demo video clips
Coordinate creation and inclusion of new staff orientation material with People and Culture
Creation of program to expand user adoption and support:
Delivery of training to new staff on various functions such as:
Project number creation
Document template creation
Creating new records
Resource Scheduler
QC Module use
Searching & list creation
Advanced reporting
Development of communication program:
Coordination with internal communications team to increase user adoption through the creation and implementation of an awareness campaign
New Development Activities
Coordinate new requests between 3rd party developer, EN user groups and EN technology team
Creation and coordination of new data fields
Creation and management of new table views
Communication of new features
What do you need to succeed?
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of programs: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
General understanding of relational database systems
Experience with SQL, PHP and Power BI considered an asset
Strong written and oral communication skills
Enthusiastic about problem solving and process creation
Able to work effectively as a team player or work independently
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks

Entuitive would like to supplement its existing Technology department with a ProjectHub Administrator for a period of 1 year.
