What you'll do:



  • Focus on work estimation and strive to meet continuous release dates

  • Promptly communicate challenges, abatement plans and suggestions to bring at-risk project timelines and team objectives back on track

  • Ensure code is delivered in an iterative format focused on getting it out quickly in order to get feedback

  • Conduct code reviews regularly

  • Focus on internal development and tools within the organization

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce development, configuration, integration, and customization of fields, objects, and workflows

  • Build out visual force pages and customizations within Salesforce

  • API development and integrations

  • Maintain a strict focus on iterative delivery in order to allow for testing, obtain  feedback, and quickly work on optimization

  • Strive and receive positive feedback and deliver a final version of utmost quality

  • Possess understanding of both unit and integration tests

  • Participate in team meetings and update tasks within the Project Management Software regularly

  • Focus on professional development and self motivation to learn on the go 

  • Failing fast and failing forward focused

  • Manage expectations, promptly communicate, and constantly collaborate with the team 


What you have:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience required 

  • 3+ years Experience with Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Force.com, Workflows, Triggers, REST API

  • A high prioritization on data quality, management, and security

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve problems quickly

  • Puts a high value on clear, consistent communication

  • Salesforce developer certifications  - SF Platform App Builder Certification, SF Platform Developer I Certification, SF Lightning Component Framework Specialist (Trailhead Super Badge), SF Lightning Experience Specialist (Trailhead Super Badge) are preferred

  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration and development; security, standard objects, reports/dashboards, Knowledge, data management and sandbox environments

  • Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities are preferred

  • Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL, Git, React JS, and React Native are preferred
