• Bachelor's degree with an application development focus.  Mater's degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of development experience.
• Must be able to listen to customer requirements, architect solutions, document technical specifications, and lead all technical aspects of the application development lifecycle.
• Must be able to interface with clients on a regular basis. They must eb able ot articulate their ideas to C level executives and still command a techinical discussion with the development team.
• Knowledge of several of the following technologies: Java, .NET, PHP, C/C++, Swift, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular.JS, React.JS, Magento, WooCommerce, Drupal, hybrid mobile technologies, MySQL, MS SQL, MongoDB,and Oracle.  Hands-on experience in all technologies listed is not necessary.
• Familiarity with integrating to 3rd Party technologies and/or applications.
