About the role

Software Development with basic or developing Network Engineering understanding to focus on automating Provisioning and network Life cycle management tasks and restful API development across functional Network tools

Internal support and presentations on the areas of automation and network data analytics

Promote and mentor automation skills within team

Maintain and improve visibility and adoption of automation initiatives

Develop detailed and clear Network Change Guidelines to Network Operations to smoothly implement disruptive changes with a combination of automated and manual steps.

Proactive audit of network configuration quality.

Own network levelling, compliance to security rules and ensure minimum level of security weaknesses on the network

Responsible for application lifecycle, improvement, development and testing

Provide weekly report to management on activity and performance

Maintain a thorough understanding of the tools, systems, and processes required to provide quality provisioning and Change Management

About you

· Full to advance proficiency on Python, PHP, Javascript and CI/CD Code Testing

· Developing skills on Juniper and Cisco routers configuration

· Proficiency on Red Hat and Ansible scripting

· YANG data modelling  and Cisco Network Services Orchestrator (NSO) knowledge

· Ability to engage and partner with customer and internal staff as required

· Ability to ability to work in a virtual team environment

· Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required

· Ability to adapt to technology evolution and changes

· College/University Degree or Master in Engineering, Computer Scince or other relevant area

·English Fluent speaker

· Minimum of 3-5 years related work experience in organizations within the Telecom or IT/Software industry
