Senior PHP Developer

Join a small dev team here in Phoenix that is growing. We have multiple positions open and looking for Senior PHP Developers, preferably with Zend Framework experience. These roles are contract to hire with a focus on work/life balance and allowing their developers to grow their current and future skills. Required Experience

• 7+ years programming experience
• Understand architecture and ability to create a well-designed system in PHP
• Experience working as a Full Stack developer
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum

Skills:

• Solid knowledge in PHP 5.6 and 7.2
• Experienced with Zend Framework 3 and Zend-Expressive
• Front-end experience including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, etc.
• Relational database experience (MariaDB, MySQL, SQL)
• Experience in Unit testing (PHPUnit) and Test-Driven Development (TDD)

Nice to haves:

• API-Centric (Rest and RPC)
• Experience with Doctrine
• JSON Web Tokens (JWT)
• Code analyses tools like CodeSniffer and PHPStan
• Git/Composer
