Team Lead Engineering (f/m/d)

Your tasks

• You design the technology stack and the platform structure with your team of 7 according to your architectural vision.


• You are involved in the design of the business strategy and plan the backlog together with the product owner.


• You are the communicative linchpin in the team: ensuring a good flow of information, removing obstacles and reaching decisions on your own account.


• You create an organizational framework and a team culture from which great things emerge and everyone – including yourself – can evolve.

Your profile

• You have completed a degree in computer science or a comparable field of study


• You have relevant experience in software development, especially in one or more of the following areas: PHP frameworks (e.g. Symfony), JS frameworks (e.g. React) as well as database systems and interfaces (e.g. GraphQL)


• You attach importance to stable and future-oriented solutions, but you also bring in pragmatism for agile development in our start-up environment.


• You know how to promote the knowledge of a team and strengthen its independence.


• You keep track of high complexity and many projects running parallel


• You are enthusiastic about the development of new functions and do not lose sight of the maintenance of programs.
