The envisioned platform will be used to standardize, integrate and rapidly analyze data sets across studies. The platform will serve to streamline analysis and as a backbone on which to build novel computational algorithms, disseminate data for data sharing, visualization & exploration, with downstream analyses focusing on identification of potential correlates of outcome & biomarkers that could be leveraged to inform follow-up studies, stratify patients for therapy, or inform new vaccine designs.
