Due to a recent acquisition, Pizza Hut is hiring a senior engineers in Chicago to join their newest venture, Pizza Hut Connect.  We are seeking to increase our team size as we develop an API, 

optimize our digital ordering systems, improve critical infrastructure to support core functions of our online ordering system, and drive technology forward. 

Responsibilities:

• Architect and develop new features and maintain existing ones


• Track down and debug issues with production code


• Ensure proper documentation


• Work in a team environment

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience with PHP, preferably object-oriented


• 2+ years experience with JavaScript


• Experience working outside of existing frameworks


• Experience building REST APIs


• Familiarity with JSON


• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL


• Must pass short coding exam         

Plusses:

• Familiarity with angular


• Familiarity with ExpressionEngine


• Experience with versioning systems, especially Git


• Experience with AWS


• Familiarity with Agile practices
