Salesforce Architect

Boston,MA and Connecticut

Long Term

· Salesforce Architect or Consulting Certification(s) preferred

· Lead a team to complete tasks in an Agile environment

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce API and other integration technologies and processes.

· Proficient in cross-cloud capabilities and constraints of the CRM application coupled with a good understanding around business processes.

· Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, and Salesforce for Outlook). Experience managing offshore teams.

· Positive interaction with all levels of the organization. Ability to assess risk, cost, schedule, and resource tradeoffs when considering alternate solutions. Must have a high sense of urgency, strong sense of customer focus and the ability to work autonomously.

· Ensure that the technical rigor is in place for the solutions being developed

· Conduct code reviews

· Participate in proof-of-concept and technology evaluations, vet possibilities and make recommendations

Requirements

· 8+ years of software engineering experience in multiple programming languages (.NET, PHP or JavaScript)

· 7+ years of Salesforce.com software engineering experience developing custom applications, Lightning components, controllers, triggers and Canvas

· Force.com platform knowledge and API integration experience

· Experience with Flow, Process Builder, Workflow and Platform Events

· Experience with ESB technologies such as MuleSoft and Informatica

· Experience with sales, service and marketing cloud

· 3 years of solution architecture experience within a large enterprise environment, including concepts, patterns, integrations and high data volume

· Experience translating business requirements into innovative software solutions

· Experience providing technical leadership to software delivery teams in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment

· Experience leading teams toward continuous delivery
