Responsibilities



  • Build and maintain internal functional testing processes and infrastructures

  • Build and maintain regression and functional test bases

  • Recommend and administer quality-specific tools

  • Collaboratively establish testing standards, tools, tests, and processes

  • Organize the test base, collaboratively establish reporting and test metrics, and train less experienced team members

  • Accept ownership for one or more major, complex products and act as quality representative to and for that product. Help the product team improve quality and efficiency.

  • Build and Champion good bug management practices



Qualifications



  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field or equivalent practical experience

  • 10 years of relevant work experience, including development and/or test automation experience

  • Strong root cause analysis skills

  • Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle and SQL Server

  • Deep knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, project and bug management processes.
