About the role

Software Engineers at Orange International Network Infrastructure & Services are members of our backbone networks deployment, change management and automation organization. You will be working on software tools to speed network services delivery and orchestration while keeping it error free and zero impact to customers.

Our software engineers develop a full Network Engineering understanding to focus on automating provisioning and network Life cycle management tasks by creating restful API developments across functional Network tools.

You will have the opportunity to growth on leadership roles providing internal support and presentations on the areas of automation and network data analytics. Promote and mentor automation skills within team. Maintain and improve visibility and adoption of automation initiatives.

Our software Engineer will support other network domain members to develop:

• Detailed network and software change guidelines to operational teams to smoothly implement disruptive changes with a combination of automated and manual steps.
• Proactive audit of network configuration and services quality and augmented data analytics (Machine Learning, AI, etc.).
• Network levelling, compliance to security rules and ensure minimum level of security vulnerabilities on network and related applications.

Responsible for application lifecycle, improvement, development and testing (CI/CD).

About you

Full to advanced proficiency on Python and PHP

Developing skills on Cisco and/or Juniper routers

YANG Models and Git experience

Proficiency on Red Hat Linux

Ability to ability to work in a virtual team environment

College/University Degree or Master in Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant area

English Fluent speaker
