YOU WILL

• Architect, develop, implement, and test solutions for our clients most challenging problems
• Develop a deep understanding of Cordial technology and architecture
• Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of the client-side tech stack and how Cordial can best integrate based on client goals and use cases; design data structures that will gracefully flow downstream and integrate into Cordials object model
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to resolve critical technical challenges, and continuously improve the platform
• Work closely with the product team to improve client adoption of all product features and functionality
• Assist clients in understanding how they can apply new product features and enhancements to align with their business goals
• Develop, document and communicate best practices out to clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with and assist our Client Experience team to ensure were continuously meeting and exceeding our clients expectations and goals

ABOUT YOU

• 5+ years of experience in a technical implementation, post-sales customer-facing role
• A record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable role
• Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
• A working knowledge of code languages such as Javascript, CSS, HTML, PHP or other programming languages
• You have awareness of tools such as Chrome Debugger, Firebug, various BI tools, databases, and SQL languages
• You know how to listen, ask questions, build consensus and solve ambiguous problems
• Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and/or web-based solutions
• Experience working in a startup-like environment (unstructured, ambiguous, resource constrained, fast paced)
• Experience coordinating the transition from pre-sales specifications and implementation requirements once contracts have been awarded
• You are passionate about troubleshooting with a great attention to detail
• Capable of reading and writing technical documentation
• A fundamental desire and willingness to learn continuously
• Collaborative approach to solving real business problems for our clients

• Ability to travel
