Job Responsibilities:Lead analyst and developer for a development teamWrite well designed, reusable, testable, efficient code by using best development practicesCreate and maintain application documentationBe responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling applicationsMonitor and optimize systems to ensure best performanceStay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activitiesCommunicate with product owners and business analysts to gather accurate specifications for new enhancements and applicationsAssist with work estimating based on requirements and technical designsCollaborate with different teams and team members on projectsAct as a mentor to other developers with programming issues
