We are looking for a Integration Developer - CRM to design, develop, and maintain interfaces, using integration platforms such as Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services. The position requires experience in implementing either Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM and migrating the existing point to point interfaces to the new technology. The position requires experience in hands on programming and configuration and a high level of software development expertise and experience to ensure accuracy, security and stability throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, abilities and experiences, which includes but is not limited to:

*5+ years of software analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance with 3+ years of experience in EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) on Windows platform.

*Bachelors or Masters degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems/Technology or related field preferred; or four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

*Experience required with either Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation.

*High level of understanding of enterprise application integration patterns such as messaging, Remote Procedure Invocation, Point to Point Channel, Publish-Subscribe Channel, etc.

*Developed, tested, maintained RESTful APIs for integration platforms such as Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.

*Experience preparing interface design documentation, use case document analysis, architectural documentation, unit test case documentation.

*Experience being involved in integration projects and migrating from legacy point-to-point interfaces to Web Services and RESTful APIs.

*Knowledge of AngularJS and Xamarin is highly desired.

*Expert knowledge of .NET Framework (3.5 or higher) ASP.Net, MVC. C#, ADO.NET, JSON.

*Experience with TFS (Team Foundation Server) release management (promoting code and building release packages).

*Knowledge of building batch jobs using Control-M Workload Automation.

*High level of experience building and supporting SSIS and SSRS packages.

*Highly proficient with SQL programming language. Experience with MS SQL Database technologies (2008r2/2016 preferred) and MS BackOffice products preferred.

*Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio.

*Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft development and application technologies.

*Excellent understanding of SDLC processes and requirements.

*Experience in deploying full life-cycle enterprise-wide solutions.

*Excellent communications (verbal and written), problem solving and analytical skills.

*Expert at troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

*Analysis, Design and development of interfaces using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.

*Development of Error handling intelligent connectors.

*Participate in implementation of CRM application, develop reference implementation integrations, create detailed design document and develop interfaces to and from CRM to other MPI applications.

*Works with the business and project teams to devise technical alternatives.

*Develops application/enhancement support documents (Business requirements/Technical Design documents/Test Cases/Change Management).

*Designs, develops and implements moderate to highly complex web-based solutions in a multi-tiered architecture.

*Responsible for testing and implementation of software changes.

*Supports user experience design and information architecture for web application.

*Keeps abreast of current internet technology and development tools related to area of expertise.

*Participates on enterprise architecture teams to help create technical standards.

*Ability to work extended hours based on business needs.
