CallShaper is a Baltimore based technology company that specializes in developing software for the BPO industry.  Its software is used by call centers both in the United States and in several other countries.

We are seeking a talented and versatile developer to help us improve our software platform.  Ideal candidates will have a can-do attitude, passion for technology, extensive Java development experience, at least 5 years experience working on a professional development team and will be able to get up to speed quickly.
