JAM Just Add Music is a startup located in Berlin, that launched the successful Music Maker JAM app

on both Android and iOS. JAM also has ventures in social-music platforms, and music-related AI.

We are now looking for an exceptional Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) to join our agile team!

YOUR ROLE If you want to be part of a development team that creates an amazing mobile experience for millions of music fans around the globe, then this is the right job for you! You will join the team as a Html5, MySQL and PHP Fullstack Developer. Your focus will be to build, maintain and manage existing browser platforms, as well as create entirely new web applications that integrate with our two core mobile products. Your work will result in a selection of high-performing web portals that serve our customers, as well as tools designed so that our team can deliver the best products possible.

REQUIRED SKILLS We assume that you have several years of relevant professional programming experience, however individuals with extreme talent will always be considered. You are capable of delivering well-structured code that finds the right balance between quick results and maintainability.

You will have:

• Professional experience in developing backend interfaces for web applications by using object oriented programming languages like PHP, JavaScript or Java;

• Successfully completed studies in software engineering, or equivalent professional experience;

• Profound knowledge of frontend Html5, CSS, and cutting-edge web development techniques;

• A keen eye for detail, and an unrelenting need to ensure your products are served in the highest quality across all platforms, browsers, and responsive formats;

• Demonstrated excellence in web design, especially in regards to usability, bringing design ideas to the development phase, as well as technical expertise;

• Extensive experience designing and developing around relational databases like MySQL;

• Experience working with third party APIs, and Cloud Services such as Amazon-S3;

• High sense of code quality and security;

• An ability to work in an agile environment; and

• A solid proficiency in English, or demonstrated history working in an English speaking company.

BONUS points if you have:

• Experience working in social, music, or video platforms; and/or

• Experience working in a mobile-first environment, building mobile browser optimised applications.
