The Support Technologies Engineering team is seeking an experienced and creative Software Development Manager to design and deliver world class applications for AppleCare. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional managerial expertise with solid hands on technical capabilities. You will not only lead but also work side by side with technical teams to identify and deliver solutions.

- Lead hard-working teams responsible for software development, delivery, and support

- Supervise and mentor software developers; responsible for their management, evaluation, and career development

- Establish process and ensure all security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy protocols are followed

- Strong technical expertise allowing you to work at the micro or macro level

- Work with customers to define project requirements, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and desired end result

- Review and prioritize work to align with corporate and leadership priorities

- Develop product roadmaps and communicate strategy to leadership

- Establish process to evaluate and set feature scope

- Define product lifecycle methodology with strategies for measurement.
