POSITION SUMMARY


The Associate UX Front-End Developer contributes to a collaborative environment where the real business needs of the customer are understood and solutions are developed that satisfy those needs.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES –



  • Create prototypes from low-fidelity to high-fidelity

  • Communicate designs and ideas clearly and receive feedback constructively

  • Write strong, structured JavaScript, and has ability to work with tools like jQuery to get the job done

  • Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge UX Front-End Developer practices and technology (CSS3, SVG, canvas, media queries, responsive design, HTML5)

  • Additional duties as assigned


1. KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:



  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working as an UX Front-End Developer for web or software applications

  • Familiarity with source control technologies (e.g. TFS, Git)

  • Familiarity with user experience design principles and methods

  • Familiarity with agile development principles

  • Experience working with product teams and customers on the interaction design of complex, enterprise-wide web applications that provide end users an engaging and intuitive user experience

  • Experience with server-side technology, including PHP and .NET preferred


2. SKILLS REQUIRED:



  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript experience

  • Working Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC C# and Bootstrap 4

  • Working Knowledge of Bootstrap, CSS pre-compilers, and font-based icons

  • Working Knowledge of one or more industry-standard prototyping tools (Invision, Balsamiq, etc.)

  • Familiarity with ASP.NET C# WebApi, Entity Framework, Autofac, SQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch

  • Familiarity with eCommerce, znode, Salesforce, and CPQ preferred
