Engaging with millions of users on a daily basis is quite tricky, but as a CRM Solution Architect in our CRM Technology & Web team you will make it happen. Together with CRM Marketing Managers, you will develop, maintain, and improve the way users are guided through our ecosystem and help them get the best out of their stay.

You’ll contribute by:

  • Planning and implementing technical aspects of user journeys (e.g. data model and automations)

  • Developing and maintaining tools for automated analytics and message creation

  • Implementing complex push, in-app, and other messaging use cases for increased user engagement

  • Providing technical advice to CRM Marketing Managers and serving as a bridge between Engineers and CRM Marketing Managers

  • Managing cross-team projects to deliver engagement opportunities in our apps (e.g. messaging for the onboarding of users)

  • Actively looking for ways to implement the latest CRM relevant OS changes into current processes

What makes you the right match:

  • Outstanding communication skills as well as a user-oriented mindset

  • Experience in a project management role in a development team is a plus

  • Preferably, a degree in Media Technology, Informatics, Digital Arts, or a related field

  • Advanced skills in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, or Google Analytics

  • Solid knowledge of databases and proficiency in at least one web programming language (Ruby, PHP, JavaScript, etc.)

  • Affinity for mobile marketing and messaging channels

  • Excellent English skills

And here’s the fine print: Our salary range starts at EUR 39,200 gross per year. Your actual offer depends on your skill set and experience.
