Our Customer Care applications are responsible for supporting all of the Customer Care agents using the ABOUT YOU infrastructure by giving them access to all customer & order related information as well as automating workflows & facilitating cooperation, all in order to allow for quick and efficient feedback to Customer support requests. These applications are deeply integrated into the ABOUT YOU infrastructure, working closely with a variety of internal and external players to support our Customer Care processes.

You want to combine your ideas and knowledge with the feedback of our customer care agents to develop a customer-oriented platform? You have fun in explorative development of features? Then you are the perfect support for our CCI team who is searching for a Senior PHP Developer at the moment.

Challenges the team will be working on in the next 12 months:

• Re-thinking our Customer Care applications in order to provide a deeper integration into our Cloud Project


• Transitioning existing features into an updated new stack, while re-thinking processes to be even more flexible and configurable


• Work closely with stakeholders in order to understand their needs and processes

What you will do

• Build on our Customer Care tools in Laravel on AWS


• Cooperate with multiple teams in a truly integrated environment


• Get involved in understanding, defining and building new features


• Work closely with the many teams at ABOUT YOU in both frontend & backend topics


• Work in a SCRUM team


• Lots of space for your own ideas and creations, flat hierarchies and very short decision-making process
  
  

Who you are

• Minimum of 3-4 years experience in PHP Development


• Practical experience with at least 2 years in Laravel (other Symfony-based frameworks also acceptable)


• Practical experience with REST API, MariaDB, Redis, AWS are advantageous


• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting


• Self-motivated and responsible working


• Very good written and spoken English skills
