The Role

Starting with a focus on front-end development, this role includes assisting Ceros Professional Services team to provide custom SDK solutions for client projects. SDK work typically involves a combination of Javascript, HTML and CSS in conjunction with the SDK hooks provided in the Ceros platform.

A good understanding of visual design is also needed, as the Developer will be working with layered visual designs that require inspection and troubleshooting within the Ceros platform. Some participation in client calls will be required to collect and draft requirements for custom SDK work.

The Developer will work closely with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of all work, though strong time-management skills are a must for this role. The developer will also advise the Project Management team on how to draft a statement of work and project plan.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make their first steps into the world of Startups. On top of your regular duties, you will be exposed to all elements of startup life.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and HTML/CSS


• Motivation to understand the business and our clients, their requirements, and deliver results


• Self-starter with the ability to meet quick client deadlines and deliver tested and functional front-end experiences


• Ability to communicate with a business and technical audience in in-person and phone meetings


• An eagerness to learn and a 'find a way' attitude


• Strong understanding of Object Oriented software design


• 5 years of relevant experience
