The Treehouse Internet Group in Seymour, Connecticut is seeking a talented software developer to help create internal and externally facing web applications. As a software developer at The Treehouse, you will be providing support for our applications, expanding upon existing tools, and creating new web products.

Candidates will work with a small team (*in-house) on all parts of the development life cycle; including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Our ideal candidate is motivated, an active learner, and enjoys trying to solve challenging problems.

Our stack runs primarily off of PHP and MySQL, but a deep understanding of any other object-oriented programming language is just as valuable to us.

*This is not a telecommuting position.

Skills & Requirements

BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience querying relational databases
Experience writing deployed software
Strong communication skills
