New Service Department in Rakuten, one of the most famous IT company in Japan, seeks a technical lead developer or a product manager(producer) with strong experience of Crypto currency.

Since we build a new team from scratch, you may have lots of opportunities. For all candidates, strong fintech experience and deep web security knowledge are required.

General Minimum Qualifications:

• Have basic awareness & knowledge about cryptocurrency and block-chain technology.


• Experience in working in Agile development style in English working environment.

Qualifications for lead developer:

• 10+ years of experience in web/Mobile application development.


• Ability to architect/design a system and be an expert technical advisor.


• Ability to provide technical solutions and lead engineers


• Ability to jump-in to quickly develop in time constrained situations


• Ability to introduce industry best development practices to Engineers.


• FinTech system development experience is an added advantage.


• Being a full stack Engineer is an added advantage.

English Requirement: Fluent Level

Japanese Requirement: Good to have interests
