SEEKING DEVELOPERS/ENGINEERS FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE

Steignet is a real estate tech startup which has developed proprietary technology to identify undervalued and distressed residential real estate assets across multiple geographical markets. We are looking for top talent to join our rapidly growing team for our platform build out, facilitate market expansion activities, and to continue our mission of disrupting the residential real estate market.

• Secured first wave of institutional clients
• Selected as one of five companies inducted into UPENN / Whartons most exclusive accelerator program
• Our Advisory Board is comprised of prestigious veteran leaders which include:
• The former CEO of Adobe who currently is on the board of Oracle
• President and CEO of a $6 billion residential lending company for real estate investors
• 30+ year senior executive for publicly traded commercial REITs (Equity Office Properties & WashREIT)
• 25+ year executive covering real estate acquisitions, development, and operations for private equity and publicly traded commercial REITs
• Current private equity founder of a multibillion-dollar fund

Qualifications

• Full stack developer capabilities
• Can personally code and also maintain project deadlines
• Technical experience in several of the following: PHP (Laravel), JS (Bootstrap) + Simple Jquery, Python, Angular, D3 JS, AWS, SQL
• Database architecture is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks, interview other team members, and be an innovative thinker
• Prior experience working at a startup is highly preferred but not required
• Former experience with large data sets, front end dashboarding, real estate, or development of trading platforms preferred though not required
• U.S. Citizen

Compensation: Salary dependent on experience
