FloSports, a leader and innovator in digital sports media, is currently seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to join the Revenue Growth team. As a full-stack engineer on the Revenue Growth team, you'll be directly involved in improving our business model by creating exploratory experiments and high-impact features. Together with the Acquisition team, this team will focus on converting non-subscribers into paying customers through features that drive revenue growth, subscriber conversion, & retentionmore loyal customers and keeping them happy!

Our cross-functional team focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing every revenue-driving aspect of our FloSports platform. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing experiments (A/B/n tests) across our applications and service APIs that allow the team to validate hypotheses in a cost-effective manner.

People who do well on this team are self-motivated engineers with passion and grit for both business and technological innovation. We work on AWS with Angular 6+, TypeScript, Node.js, Serverless, & PHP, but the ability to embrace & adapt to changing technology is an important characteristic!

We would love to work with you if you:

• Have proficiency in HTML, CSS, and a modern JavaScript framework that promotes reusable component-based architectures such as Angular, React, or Vue
• Possess the ability to solve cross-browser quirks and craft responsive, component-based UI layouts
• Have full-stack experience integrating server-side APIs with front-end interfaces using Node.js, PHP, Python, or Go
• Deliver performant features through an iterative approach: building, measuring, and learning
• Can iterate rapidly while collaborating with designers & other engineers
• Efficiently learn new concepts, manage your own productivity, and desire to improve yourself, your team, and our products
