Your tasks:

• Development of interactive web applications and single-page-applications with a cutting-edge technology stack


• Development of relational databases und complex SQL-queries


• Implementations of data-intensive backend-applications


• Programming of REST-web-APIs to provide a connection of extern services and the frontend


• Creating docker containers to integrate the applications in our automated DevOps-process


• Enlargement of existing web applications involving new modules and layouts 

Your profile: 

• Exzellent programming skills in Python or PHP


• Comfortable with HTML 5, CSS 3 and Javascript (ES6)


• Experience with one webframework like Django or Symfony


• Experience with one Javascript framework like AngularJS or React


• Proficient in continuous integration & continuous delivery based on docker and docker-compose is helpful


• Practical experience in object-oriented programming (OOP)


• Experienced in dealing with databases, APIs and versions control


• Independent, structured and cooperative working method with a high quality standard


• Good German Skills 


• Studies or training in computer science or relevant professional experience

Ambient Innovation: GmbH is a growing mid-size agency for IT, Web- and App-Development, based in Cologne. Since 2009 we realize innovative projects and individual software for companies, agencies and start-ups. Our team consists of app-, backend- und frontend-developers, usability-experts as well as user-interface-designers. We are able to cover all steps from conceptual design to development.
