Snell & Wilmer, one of the largest law firms in the western United States, is seeking a professional with both graphic design and web development experience. The candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in related fields.
In graphic design, the candidate will be able to:
- Develop and produce firm marketing materials, including advertisements, collateral, and promotional materials
- Regularly produce firm newsletters and invitations for digital distribution
- Interface with local printers to ensure quality production
With web development, the candidate will:
- Serve as a liaison between internal clients and the firms website vendor
- Assist in the development and implementation of CMS best practices
- Help ensure website-related projects and initiatives are completed on schedule and adhere to quality standards
- Have a working knowledge and understanding of the Laravel PHP framework
- Support website vendor with specific design and coding projects on as-needed basis
- Stay current with industry trends regarding website design, features and functionality
In addition, the candidate will:
- Have creativity and imagination
- Be adaptable and able to pick up new techniques
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Develop and maintain smooth working relationships with attorneys, staff, and clients.
The successful candidate will have proficiency in HTML (for web page and email layout development), Microsoft Office and proficiency in a variety of Adobe Creative Suite applications, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver on the PC platform. Photography and film editing skills are a plus. Strong project management and layout skills are required. Must enjoy fast paced environment and be able to adjust to multiple demands and priorities and be detail oriented and a strong proofreader.
Candidates must also present a professional and polished image.
