The Siri team is looking for someone with a combination of strong technical skills and a desire to build exceptional customer experiences. In this position, you will play a key role in the overall success of Siri by creating and managing a high-performance product engineering team for one of Siri's most-used Domains. Your responsibilities will include hiring and managing the engineering team, directing the actions of the cross-functional product team, and creating and executing a road map for the Messages Domain. Your team will develop and maintain the Messages Domain functionality across all of Apple's platforms, including iOS, macOS, watchOS, tvOS & HomePod, while also developing a prioritized roadmap of new intents and customer facing features. You should also have experience using data and analytics to drive user experience investment decisions Skills & Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience building and leading a team of high-performing software engineers


• Proven ability to build, manage and develop a team around a unified vision


• Ability to create and execute on a multi-year technical and product feature vision in an incremental, agile fashion


• Social communication skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audience in English


• In-depth experience with client- and server-side application development technologies

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience • 5+ years of engineering management experience
