Senior PHP Developer - Copenhagen, IT, up to 55.000+ DKK

My client is a market leading customer-centric scale up firm based in the heart of Copenhagen, working with some of the globes most amazing brands. Due to rapid growth, my client is now looking to hire a talented Senior PHP Developer to join their fantastic team.

Your role:

As a Senior PHP Developer, you will be working in a new team on existing and new projects, to ensure that you deliver great software to a mass audience. You will be expected to show the ability to be strong and confident and solve complex problems. You have to be collaborative as well as autonomous and be able to cope with high traffic sites.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure all code is tested and code reviewed to the highest standards

  • Leading a team of developers as well as supporting the hire of new talent

  • The overall architecture of microservices.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of experience working with Object Oriented PHP and modern PHP frameworks

  • 5+ years of experience writing SQL queries and working with MySQL

  • Experience in working with REST API’s

  • Understanding of build automation/processes

  • Experience with background PHP processes.

  • Experience with Docker, NodeJS, React and/or VueJS
